Based on a critical review of the literature, electrodiagnostic evaluation is found to be moderately sensitive and highly specific in establishing a diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy. Its management often requires clinical, electrodiagnostic, and radiological evaluation, and its treatment may include surgery. Cervical radiculopathy is a common cause of morbidity.
